ACF 3/11/14


Thanks to all the folks who posted their score! Well done this weekend everyone. For those still in the mix we have 3 more workouts to go! This Saturday will be done at American River CrossFit.


Workout of the Day

complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

165 pound Squat clean, 5 reps
10 ring dips
15 toes to bar
