Gang, I’m so stoked to be back, you don’t even know….great to see some new faces! You bet Coach, happy belated VD…live, love and laugh
good to have you back dan.it is good to see everybody step up their work out looking good( k j ).
I heard tonight that everyone has to do burpees when we don’t get 10 blog posts a day – so I’m here to do my part by proclaiming my hatred of burpees. Seriously tho, thanks everyone for welcoming me to ACF. Your a great group of folks!
Nice Mary, you catch on quick and it is appreciated. No Burpees. It’s nice to have you!
Looking forward to tomorrow…watching or doing…not sure…hmmm…
Dan! Welcome back dude! Hopefully see you guys tomorrow night or Thursday.
so this message is for heather, who has asked me for some meal planning help. i’m working on it, but i thought i’d start by occasionally posting my daily menu here, just in case anybody else is looking for some meal planning ideas or nutrition advice.
breakfast (post workout): 2 fried eggs, 3 strips bacon, 1 orange
lunch: 1 leftover barbecue chicken thigh, 2 hardboiled eggs with chimichurri sauce, 1/2 avocado
snack: some leftover kale, a small handful of almonds, a few dried plums
dinner: 1 pork chop, steamed broccoli, 2 small baked sweet potatoes with butter, heaping plate of spinach salad (with some chopped apple, pickled red onions, diced bacon leftover from breakfast, and an apple cider vinaigrette [equal parts apple cider vinegar and olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon honey, salt and pepper])
we had lots of leftovers tonight, so i’m looking forward to finishing the spinach salad for breakfast, having some pork chops for lunch, and mixing the leftover broccoli into my arugula salad tomorrow night. hope this helps, heather!
Molly, are you still doing the bone broth pre-workout? Also, who has a kombucha starter little thing?
when i remember, i drink a cup of bone broth before my workout. i’ve been forgetful lately.
also, i’ll bring you my next kombucha baby. probably later this week.
Thanks Molly! I’m always interested in seeing how other people eat and learning from them. This will be a big help in keeping me motivated. H-bomb, props for getting this ball rolling.
Potassium in Avocado… who would have thunk… I guess all of you. I ate one tonight. Thanks for the help here coach E and coach M. The stretching is really helping too Coach E. I learn something new everytime I show up! Really cool. Be good.
I saw that ball yesterday and was wondering what the story was behind it. Nice!!
Good to have you back, Dan!
