Workout of the Day
Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
135-lb. deadlifts, 10 reps
15 box jumps, 24-inch
185-lb. deadlifts, 15 reps
15 box jumps, 24-inch
225-lb. deadlifts, 20 reps
15 box jumps, 24-inch
275-lb. deadlifts, 25 reps
15 box jumps, 24-inch
315-lb. deadlifts, 30 reps
15 box jumps, 24-inch
365-lb. deadlifts, 35 reps
15 box jumps, 24-inch

Everyone is invited to join us tomorrow while we throw down with American River CrossFit on CF Open workout 14.3. For those heading down the hill, please bring food and drinks, and be at the box no later than 8 so we can carpool.
Casey came up with the idea of a little “donation bucket” to help fund our junior athletes in this and future competitions. Once I get the green light that any our junior athletes want to represent Auburn CrossFit I will set up the “donation bucket”.

Good job everyone in the 8:30 class. You all did great. T way to throwdown and throw up a legitimate number for us all to chase. Everyone doing it tomorrow, pace and don’t gas out on the box jumps. Its actually a nice fun challenge. Have fun tomorrow, unfortunately I will be at work.
Yes, T certainly gave us a target! Can’t wait to give this workout a go down in Sac.
