I am signed up for F.O.S. – doing 13.2 two days in a row has me sore and questioning why. Have fun with the wall balls.
Steve – I wish you didn’t have to work for a living! Would have loved to kick your butt on Super Karen today. haha. I shaved a full 3 minutes off my last time! woohoo! Who knew a longer jump rope would be the trick to double unders?
Steven – way to kick bootie on 13.2 today!
Dan – like/love, love/love, it’s all good. This I believe: at the end of the day, what really matters is how we treat ourselves and how we treat each other. The gym gives us the opportunity to do both really well. Last night I went to bed with the biggest smile on my face simply because I love/love the gym and my community so much.
Fittest of the Sierras – I’m signed up and ready to get my ass kicked or kick ass, whichever comes first!

I took almost a full 7 minutes off my time. Last time I switched to a 12lb ball after the 65th wb. I stayed with the 20lb the whole time this time. Love paleo!!!
