    Well, well, well…there was a whole lot of hspu action going on yesterday. Likely my final and only stronghold is crumbling before me. CoachK, I should’ve been more encouraging with your performance, sorry. You’re a stud, dude, seriously. “Diane” should be interesting next come around. Strict hspu’s, anyone (except Coach).

    Got to the box with a bad attitude then i finally made a breakthrough on handstand push ups that put me in a great mood . i am back to being motivated i just needed some perspective on my crossfit journey so far.there was lots of hard work going on in the box last night it was impressive keep it up.DAN don’t be such a kiss buttttttttt!

    jenster’s a natural gymnast!

    i recently heard in a video about clean eating that “comfort foods don’t often make you comfortable.” i thought about how true that is today as i ate (ahem) 3 paleo waffles smeared with butter, honey, and almond butter. those waffles are currently sitting like a brick in my belly, but i was desperately in need of some comfort thanks to a monster kink in the middle of my back. i felt just a little better indulging in something sweet and rich. (stretching and rolling around on the lacrosse balls helped too.)

    as for my other food today (in case you’re curious, jess ;)): a bowl of leftover minestrone soup with spaghetti squash for breakfast; a bowl of leftover mexican chicken stew for lunch; two squares of dark chocolate, almonds, and some dried plums for snack; and for dinner i’ll be dishing up corned beef, cabbage and carrots, and an arugula salad (with celery, broccoli, pepitas, and a lemony vinaigrette).

    as for what i drank (coach thought i should share that too): 3 cups of coffee with coconut milk (ok, maybe 4 cups – i lost track); 2 small glasses of kombucha; a cup of Good Earth Tea; lots of water.

      Molly your my paleo idol. I eat good, but you eat soooo good. Oh well, it is what’s is going to be.

    Heck ya Im curious Molly :). . . thanks! In honor of What Would Molly Eat I have incorporated dark chocolate right into my diet. I know its totally gonna up my numbers in the box . .
