    10 minutes Rx. Triceps felt like they were going to explode on the HSPU. Fun workout, get some evening crew!

    14:20. Great workout! Those L pull ups get tough. So does keeping track of ascending and descending numbers. Cool math: 8 sets of 2 motions equaling 16 reps each set.

    23:14 however the 5:30 crew had some number trouble, a did a little extra work 🙂
