    Nice, Kelsey. While Kyle and I were prepping for our muscle beach showdown, pretty sure I heard IntSteve too.

    So, I was watching CoachMolly instruct pistol squats, and it got me thinking about my “Mary” performance. Then, I watched some videos this am. During Mary, I was not completely extending my opposite leg. I often dropped into a ball-like crouch with my leg bent. Pretty sure that’s a No-Rep (yak, yak, yak). If so Coach, please pull my name off the leaderboard and replace with CoachK’s amrap.

    I want to say that I am very grateful for meeting all of you crazy crossfitters, I am proud to be part of a great group of people. Thanks to Coach E and Rosie for building a wonderful community! And apology in advance for any cursing or swearing that comes out during tomorrow’s 13.3…damn those wall ball shots…laughing…

    Tracy – I’m so happy that I’ve been able to get to know you better these last few months. Curse all you want, anytime! (Truthfully, swearing is one of my favorite things about CF. Fu bomb.)

    For breakfast today I created a new salad: jicama, carrots, radishes, cilantro, and an orange ginger vinaigrette. I’ll post the recipe soon. I also had two fried eggs.

    Lunch was leftovers from last night’s dinner.

    For dinner, we had a big salad bar with shredded pork (slow cooked with a green tomato relish I canned last fall), sautéed onions and peppers, shredded carrots, diced avocado, and salsa. Lots of leftovers for tomorrow!

    Eat clean, lift big. Peace out.
