    Tracy, turnaround, the kettlebell is behind you. Shane, I needed you to stick that one out with me yesterday…next time. And, Donald, your toes-to-bar are all wrong…..go back to 24hr Fitness.

    oh, mellie, you wild and crazy girl. i definitely would have “liked” that comment on facebook.

    it would have been cool if coach had captured T, Tracy, and me swinging at the same time, but try as we might, T and I couldn’t catch up to Tracy on those runs! I have to give a shout out to T though for catching and passing me on those runs 🙂 way to go, girl!

    i didn’t know how today’s WOD would go for me as I’ve been having some foot trouble. trail running + jumping off the rope from too high = swollen right foot. thanks to coach for pushing me to just give it a try. i was quite pleased with my time! adam and steven – i had fun working out with you today!

    i came home from the gym craving something rich and sweet, so i mixed a heaping teaspoon of raw cocoa powder with a generous spoon of almond butter and spread it on a banana. yum! now i want something salty . . .

    Molly-everytime you post your sweet cheats I think to myself….if only my good could be as good as your bad…..one day.

    Dan-Tracy doesn’t have to turn around, she kicked our asses so bad on the run she was already done with the kettlebell!

    Damn – another fun workout. I’m eager to get over this crud I picked up over the weekend and get back in the gym.

      thanks, Mary! you should definitely start a blog. it’s way easier than running 2000 meters and deadlifting 105 times 🙂 hope you feel better soon!
