I guess I will be the only one posting today. No workout for me today feeling a bit under the weather (seriously), and yesterday was a nasty delayed-induced travel day trying to fly/land at Sac Airport.

You will not post alone Dan! Sorry to hear you are under the weather. You will be missed, hope you get better soon. It is great to see all the new faces in the box. Good stuff. 6:30 tonight.

There’s something icky going around! Day 2 of fever/sore throat/malaise for me 🙁

Once upon a time, before our whiteboards were covered with benchmark WODs, we had the ten general physical skills posted, and each of us had to write down which two we felt we had and which two we most needed to work on. I dare say that I’ve come a long way with my once perceived weaknesses, endurance and speed. These ten skills are an excellent barometer of our athletic progress!

Yes, I think it time we revisit those skills. With the Open, aside from my obvious weakness (chicken legs), i,’ve learned my Stamina sucks….my guess is too few calories and less than ideal nutrition. Time for a 30-day challenge.

Why sell yourself short with only 30 days of ideal nutrition?

I’ve got it too. Day 3, and hopefully the last. Ugh.
I haven’t seen the 10 skills before, I like them.
