    my brain is on CROSSFIT OVERLOAD after this weekend! it felt good to get back in the box, lift some heavy weight, and let my body do it’s thing. failed twice on my third rep at 163 on the front squat, but the last time we did front squats, i failed on my second rep at the same weight. this means i’ve improved!

    looking forward to getting my test results (fingers crossed; that test was challenging!), applying what i’ve learned, getting stronger, and helping others do the same.

    also can’t wait to hear from melinda about the everyday paleo workshop!

    test sucked we will see if i passed not quitting day job yet ha ha .if i learned inaything is to be patient and learn to lift right before going up in weight and you will be more successful in the box!!

    Congrats to all the NEW coach’s. Well DESERVED.
    Was so excited to get in today’s workout. 177 was petty easy. Took it a little easy on my knee’s today. Also mixed in 40 pull-ups. I miss you all so much. Miss my noon crew! Felt good to have some endorphins kick in.

    Hit the ground running, nonstop last couple of weeks and needed a break sorry to miss front squats, esp when I think of the crease…
    This weekend was fun and learned a lot…Molly rocked Fran with a PR, smoked all of the girls and most of the men, honored to be in such good company, thanks for being my roommate it was fun!
    No kidding about the test, I was thinking it was going to be much easier than it was…we shall see…Kyle I’m with you about the fundamentals, it’s easy to let our egos get the best of us and jump too far ahead, damn that ego.
    Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
