    Brian, the look on your face when you got that 1st muscle up was priceless. Congrats dude!
    Also, I can barely move my arms. Yesterday did its best trying to kill me, can wait for a beer tonight. Anyone want to share a fancy IPA with me? I’ve got a 22 that I want to pop but can drink it all and drive 🙂

      I’m so glad that I am not the only one whose arms don’t work, lol. Nothing like DOMS. I am in on that beer, so need one after this week. Awesome job on the muscle up Brian!

    brian nice work that is a lot of man on those rings .now that you are going up that high you may want to wear longer shorts unless katie doesn’t mind sharing the julessssss.

      I worked on chin-ups with a band for nearly a year and saw little progress. I feel like I have gained more strength in the past month doing ring rows than I did in that year.
