    sore from today, yesterday, the day before, etc.! told my daughter that crossfit is turning me into a strong, old lady :).

    Kyle: just missed you tonight – brought a scoby. it’s in the fridge. brew 8 cups of green or black tea (4 tea bags will do), add a half cup of sugar, let cool, then place tea and scoby in a large glass jar. cover with a dishcloth or cloth napkin and let it ferment for 2-3 weeks in a relatively warm place (above the fridge or in the laundry room, for example).

    Managed to get this workout in 26.56 Not great I am sure…but feels so good to get back into it. Elijah I will have Mon. Tues. Wed. to get some sort of workout in from now until I come home in june. You recommend I follow the blog and substitute where I have 2?

    Today’s workout invited my quads and abs to the little pain party my ass and hammies were having after yesterday. I’m sure to be walking funny by morning.
