I see about 40 minutes of jump-rope in my near future.
Finished my last handstand at 17 minutes. There were a few bro-rep hspus in there. Should’ve gone 1-2 more rounds to make them right, but the idea of more double unders made me want to cry.
23:00, ….great job 5:30, that was fun. DUs cost me a few HSPU rounds, but probably my best effort yet!
