Workout of the Day
“Hope”
Three rounds of:
Burpees
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24″ box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups
“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” athletes must move to the next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep.

Went to BattleBorn cossfit this am in Reno. Once again it was fun dropping in on Another box, but it just does not have the feel like ACF does. No interaction between the athletes, there was like 4 parts to the workout and I just felt like I was rushing through not really getting better at anything. But, when it comes down to it, the most important thing is I got a workout in.
