Workout of the Day


Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

ACF Party 830am Saturday – Sometime on Sunday
ACF workout at 9am
open to the public 1030 – 12

May 25 (Sunday)
Memorial Day Murph (1 day early – closed on Memorial Day)
Brian Watson’s going away soiree

May 31 
Cardiac Hill Workout and BBQ at Casey’s house

    Those are some good moves.

    I was fired up to complete Nate Rx today. First time I have completed a workout with muscle ups. Complete 8 rounds plus 4 reps.
