haha. almost every thing we do and say at CF is creepy when taken out of context!
and yes, that logo does remind me of keith’s chocolate milk, but i can’t tell if the milk jug attached to the skull is a good thing or a bad thing. seems to be working for keith, though! george suggested our next 30 day challenge should be the chocolate milk diet.

great wod today. about a half hour after it was over, i felt magically calm and rejuvenated. love that exercise induced euphoria. also excited to finally get 50 double unders in a row! that’s been a goal of mine for months now.

Good job Molly. It was raining when I did it so it made me run really fast. Sounds like the du’s are getting better. Sounds like tomorrow evening is going to be a blast!
