Workout of the Day

“Tabata”

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds
Box Jump, 20″ box
Push-press, 75 pounds
Row

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.

    My favorite part of that photo is you have bobby working hard doing a burpee, while dan the “official” counter is drinking a beer! Classic.

    Another strong workout at CrossFit Amundson.. Tomorrow I’m doing a yoga class with a kettle bell. Should be interesting! Miss you crazies!

    Dan that picture would be so much better if you completed the boy band. Fun one today, all about getting a high number on that first round. It was good seeing a nice large noon class.
