Good job Heather! That is by far longer than I want to run.

I like the new shirt design. Are we getting multiple colors or just blue?

28:42Rx. It felt pretty warm at 830 this morning. Need to get used to the heat again. Good luck peeps, it’s a fun one!

    Hydrate up!

First workout at Rx, missed it by a minute or two, definitely a tough one. In other news, here’s a video of a 190 kg thruster: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX3qgBN_wf4

Congratulations to Heather for finishing her 50 mile ultra-marathon! Today on each of my 800m runs I reminded myself that it was only 1/100th of what Heather ran on Saturday. Nothing like a dose of perspective to keep me on track! 32:57 for me today. About 4.5 minutes faster than the last time we did this one. Stretch out your calves! Squat cleans after running made my calves cramp up. And I second the hydration recommendation! Great job, nooners!

It was a warm one. This was a tough one. 33:00 for me. Met my goal of sub 35:00.

Today was my first time dropping in at another box. Freestyle Crossfit in Las Vegas were very accommodating. I don’t think I embarrassed Auburn Crossfit too greatly.
