Congratulations to Heather for finishing her 50 mile ultra-marathon! Today on each of my 800m runs I reminded myself that it was only 1/100th of what Heather ran on Saturday. Nothing like a dose of perspective to keep me on track! 32:57 for me today. About 4.5 minutes faster than the last time we did this one. Stretch out your calves! Squat cleans after running made my calves cramp up. And I second the hydration recommendation! Great job, nooners!
It was a warm one. This was a tough one. 33:00 for me. Met my goal of sub 35:00.
Today was my first time dropping in at another box. Freestyle Crossfit in Las Vegas were very accommodating. I don’t think I embarrassed Auburn Crossfit too greatly.
