Memorial Weekend Scoop!
We are still having a Saturday morning class @9am.
One workout on Monday, Memorial Day @9am.
Rosie & I are moving out to Cool with all the “cool kids” on Monday. We will be loading up and moving after the Memorial Day workout, so if you have time (don’t feel like you have to) we would love your help and company. Bring yourself a protein shake (or chocolate milk) for after the workout and we will have a little BBQ at the new pad once we arrive.
