The Scary Truth About Probiotics
Oh Karen……let me count the ways…..
Oh man I just looked outside and my cherry tree is begging to be picked!
kyle j—bs–local cherries arent ripe yet
The noon class is growing, so much so we had to go in waves. Good job all on Karen, especially after all the accumulated soreness for the week. Props to Molly for throwing that big old heavy ball around.
It is definitely time for an Epsom salt soak tonight.
Liking the facial hair trend these days. Let’s keep in going!!
Mustaches….. I love to hate them, or do I hate to love them? Connor, this one is exceptional.
H-bomb – not true, I have picked several cherries lately, nice big fat ones that include running.
Karen – why?
yesterday’s kb madness made karen seem easy today. and surprisingly, i was less sore after the WOD than before. thanks for the kudos firesteve! epsom salt bath sounds brilliant.
melly – i agree. the variety of mustaches at the box is quite entertaining. keep it coming, boys!
great article about probiotics. at first the title had me worried – “scary truth” sounds negative. but the truth is we all need more fermented foods in our diet! i started my day with kimchi and kombucha. can’t wait until our neighbor’s plums are ripe so i can try fermenting them.
What a convenient day for my cherries to be ripe… I’m with Rosie. Go mustaches and fermented food 🙂 hopefully see everyone tomorrow after a crazy week.
You guys/gals are some wall ballin’ fools, nice job. Dead last (again), thought you had my back KJ! Kyle Senior, get some rest, and get in here….we miss you, dude.
