Workout of the Day
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
135 pound push press, 5 reps
135 pound hang clean, 7 reps
135 pound dead lift, 9 reps
*The bar cannot be dropped once each round is started
The anniversary party was a blast! We had some great food, phenomenal smoked meat, a slip-n-slide on a big hill, an alligator, harmonicas, and some incredible company. Thank you all for supporting Auburn CrossFit through our first year. I plan on many many more with all of you!
