Wow, kind of un-CrossFit kind of post, but very true. Take it from a people pleaser expert like me. The other way of saying this is like I’ve heard before “you’re not responsible for what others think of you.” The important part is take focus off of yourself and just be yourself, whoever that is. Trying to influence or control the behavior or thoughts of our friends and family is a dead end plan.
I like these people…..A LOT!!
Well I did this acoordong to the CF FAQ (reps for 20s, rest 10s for 4 mins) and it was SO HARD! Palmer
