marc your blog on friday was right on.We all get setbacks and need to know that when you take 20 years off you can expect setbacks so don’t give up and get through it .Getting healthy is the first priority then the rest will come.Nobody judges in the box when you are giving your all. molly good coaching on friday you rock ms bad assssss.

So today I chose happiness over time . . . Like I just wanted to feel happy during the process. I slowed it down just a bit . . I was happy while I rowed next to Heather and Keith . . . I happily did my thrusters even when coach switched out my bar to a 45. I was happy when Keith told me to get my butt lower . . . He was right. I didn’t push til I wanted to puke or cry . . . Well I sorta wanted to puke once but I would have happily done it. So I lost a few minutes on my time slowing it down . . Kinda awesome really cuz I think this was a PR for me on the happiness scale. Random thoughts by Jess.
