    So, yesterday I had 5rounds@145 (get some KJ). Not Rx, but I was pleased. Then, during my cool-down by the rowers (I didn’t actually row, but I didn’t drink a beer either), I was looking at the “Goals Whiteboard”. I noticed I had written “one hang clean @ 135″….apparently, I couldn’t even do one, not a single one. Although it wasn’t always pretty, I had just finished 30reps @ 145. I was stoked! Keep up the good work everyone, time to set some new goals.
