For time:
Run 1 mile with a 20 pound medicine ball
60 Burpee pull-ups
Run 800 meters with a 20 pound medicine ball
30 Burpee pull-ups
Run 400 meters with a 20 pound medicine ball
15 Burpee pull-ups

Todays workout was amazing . . . . loved it but holy moly . . I have never spent 47 minutes straight trying not to puke all over Coaches floor or in the bushes or over the train bridge or the sign at the bottom of the hill. Seriously should have put `ability to not puke` as part of the WOD cuz I PR`d that. Coach thank u for the true biz encouragement for me . . . I needed it. Well done 4:30 and 5:30 . . . kinda hot in there.
