I have to share an observation I have had over the past 2 weeks. First Coach E’s programming has been challenging, yet I have seen more Rx completed workouts and pr’s next to peoples names. All I have to say is good job to all of you. everyone is improving at such a rapid rate. It is kudos to all of our hard work and Coach’s creative mind. I know this is just the ego boost coach needs 🙂
