Why so quiet on a Friday? I am expecting the box to be smoking hot by 5:30.
Since it was smoking hot at 830. Hydrate well today. Helen is always a welcome challenge. Don’t put that KB down.
I salute everyone who did this workout after the AM classes. It was already hot at 8:30!
Also, a shout out to Leslie who did 36 pullups this morning. It’s the summer of pull ups for the 5:30am crew!
