Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
95 pound back squat, 30 reps
rope climb, 5 ascents
Our one year anniversary party is this Saturday in Cool, CA. The address is posted on the board in the box! We will have our regular 9am workout at the box and will meet later in the afternoon in Cool. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4pm, we plan on eating around 630 or 7. There is plenty of room indoors and out to stay the night (bring a tent / air mattress / sleeping bag / pillow…) for those who are drinking adult beverages or who just want to hang out longer. Kyle and BriGuy will have some smoked pig for us and I heard Lyle is going to come hang out! Bring a side dish and your favorite beverage!
