Workout of the Day
For time, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
135 pound front squat
muscle-up
Enjoyed the workout today but disappointed that I still haven’t got a muscle up. I’m ordering a pull up bar – I’m going to get this if it kills me!

No, we didn’t get photo-bombed….that’s Cousin Conner, the dude is an absolute riot! Haha
I like having an easy WOD on Monday to slowly get back into it. Like TM, this WOD is done as a team, right? I could use a boost on those muscle-ups.
Toughmudder ruined one of my ankles, hopefully be back to operational status by tomorrow. Bummed, this is a cool WOD.
Fun to be back today. Wish I could do a MU’s. Burpee/pull-ups just dont seem as fair.
this could take a while!! hope i can finish it… come on firesteve, you can do a MU or at least do bar MU’s!!
