Was busy all day yesterday and didn’t get to check the blog.

Yesterdays WOD was tough and fun. Sad I’m missing this one today. Kinda.
2 & 1/2 miles , 150 KBS and 150 pull-ups! I can’t wait. Lets go noon class!!
It does seem like a lot, but it averages out to: 800m run / 30 KB reps / 30 pull-ups per round.
Ohh, okay…..that’s not so bad

We did it. It wasn’t pretty but we all got it done. Good job noon class.

Eva was not a nice lady today. 50 minutes to finish a workout = tired and sore. Have fun afternoon classes.
