    need beef? local, grass-fed, etc. here’s the details from my friend:
    “Hey all,
    I still have a bit of beef available. 
    The beef I have from my mature cow:  I am dividing her up to 1/10 cow boxes (103 pounds hanging weight sold for 3.40 per pound) or buy 2/10 for 3.30 per pound.  Because she is older she will yield primarily good, leanground beef.
    I also have ¼ of the young heifer available:  hanging weight 101 pounds at 4.75 per pound.
    The beef is available for pick up this Sat, Sun, or Monday.”

      It will be packaged small packages and sold for a total of $340.00.  All
      free range, grass fed, no antibiotics, hormones or other chemicals in my
      cows.  Beef will be ready for pickup on Monday.”

    Just finished the home version. Never quite the same as making it in but tough for me just the same. Work and back to school has me. Hope to be in soon! Looking good in that pic the other day tom. Way to go.
