    Good little article, which gives me pause every now & again….it’s often a tough pill to swallow folks, self included; but it is what it is. We should all enjoy the journey and celebrate our progress. Thanks for keeping it real Coach!

      I think we all know when our workout was “A ‘Lil Janky” – Rx or not. I think it is best if we all push each other to reach full ROM. Sometimes we need another set of eyes to tell us that we are not squatting deep enough, throwing the wall ball high enough, etc. It’s also good to know when our squats are getting deeper or our snatches are in better form.

    Molly did you need to know how to get deer semen . Dan may now how I would think if you can get a buck to stand still you might be able to get some.But if you need protein adam has ground up cow hooves . cow hooves sound delicious!!!

      That’s right, i got hooves over here!!! Who wants them? Who needs them? Actually, the ground up grass fed cow hooves are a excellent form of protein and i great recovery drink. Since i started to use them my soreness level has gone way down.
