115 pound Split snatch, 8 reps
7 bar muscle-ups
400 meter run
Eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar.

Did it in my garage! Replaced muscle-ups w/ 14 ring rows and did regular snatch. My boy has 5:15 soccer practice and the husband is working so I can’t make it to any evening workouts tonight. Working out alone just isn’t the same…
