Good article. I agree 100% and have always wondered why they post some of the pictures they post.
Well written article calling for upping the respect, maturity, and professionalism in the CrossFit world. I’m not a prude but I like CrossFit enough to support efforts to bring it mainstream, and thus more accepted as it is better understood. I don’t ever want CrossFit to stay out on the fringes just because that is our image with the uninformed.
BTW, in the new Sacramento magazine, CrossFit is measured against other gyms; worth reading. Bottom line is CF is hands-down best if you’re interested in getting strong!
Finally, kudos to Eli for being honest enough to post the “good” and the “bad” CF posts. Transparency is good for the sport and the brand. CrossFit is what I need, but it’s not for everybody. In my opinion, that’s their loss! Keep doing what you’re doing Elijah.
E-dog and Rosie–Welcome back! MC Wade and Elvis…I mean Mighty Marc…had a great time at that crazy party! Next year you could spend less on special effects and save $$$ on the torrential downpour. Thanks for the invite!!!
