Workout of the Day:

50 Deadlift

75 Shoulder to Overhead

100 Front Rack Lunges

75 Shoulder to Overhead

50 Deadlift

* This can be as tough as you make it. Do it with DBs, 2 gal. Jugs, a plate, or some type of weighted object.

** Every 2 mins. You must complete 5 Burpees. WOD starts with 5 burpees at 0:00 min.

Warmup:

Dynamic Warmup

2 Rounds

50’ Bear Crawl

10 Swings

10 goblet squats

5 Half Burpees
