Goal is 1 round on this which some of you will knock out of the park. If so, go for it and see if you can get back to that barbell! For those of us that struggle with the heavier load choose a weight that you think you can get the 30 reps done with by the 5 min mark and go for it on the bike. Another option for today is to keep the loading on the bar and see how far you get in 4-5 min and call it there to go to the bike. Your choice today.
