Workout of the Day:

5 Rounds for Time

400 meter run

10 pistol squat (right)

10 pistol squat (left)

10 Dive Bomber Push-ups

ACCESSORY:

Side Plank Hold 1:30/side

2 x 10 plank row/side

Warmup:

2 Rounds
100 meter high knee skip

10 Skier Squat (elevated heels if needed)

10 Hand release push-ups

3 Handstand kick up w/10 sec hold or 50’ double overhead carry
