I received this message from WordPress a few weeks ago, April 15 marked 4 years of CrossFit in Auburn. I would like to thank all of you for putting up with my crazy antics over the years! Without members like you, ACF wouldn’t be what it is today. And a huge thank you to coaches Kyle, Fire Steve, Molly and Adam. Here is to a great community of people and more years to come!
BBQ at the box on Saturday to celebrate 4 years. If you can make it awesome, if not, we’ll have another shindig soon! (Anniversary celebration camping trip in July or August???)
Way to go, Coach! Bring back the concrete floors and boom box for a throw-back Saturday….ha!

Man, time sure flys when you’re having fun. Couldn’t imagine life any other way without all of you clowns! Sad I won’t be there for the BBQ, if I would’ve known I could’ve moved some shifts around at work. Cheers to 4 years!
