Odd – Goat #1
Even – Goat #2
“Goat” – CrossFit slang for a movement we have difficulty with.
EXAMPLE: Double-Unders, Pull-ups, Overhead Squats, Ring Dips, Muscle-Ups….
Choose two “Goats” to work on today. Coaches will have great suggestions!
I love this!!! Once every other week would be ideal for me. 🙂
we all have a lot of weaknesses in the box lets take advantage of this wod today! so remember you all are good at talking so move to a different skill !!!
