Heavy day! Front squats on deck with some descending rep schemes. Because of this you should be seeing an increase in loading but keep in mind that you will be pretty fatigued by the time you get to the lower rep range sets. Adjust weight accordingly in order to have successful and challenging sets. Rest no less than 2 min and no more than 4 min between each set.
The legless variations are difficult so take your time with them today. If you struggle to complete the climb try just seeing how far up the rope you can get and once you feel burn out coming lock with your feet and descend. This is a great session to both work on technique and build upper body pulling power.
