    Megan is looking strong!!

    45 minutes is a long time – but the last 10 minutes felt the best (perhaps it was just the light at the end of the tunnel). 2 miles, 320 squats, 27 muscle ups (and no tears on my hands or bruises on my arms). Next time, Hortman, 4+ rounds!

    Hortman is a tough one. Its nice seeing some people making huge gains and doing this workout Rx. Molly and Adam good job on your muscle-ups. This is also a first for me as I completed 4 rounds which means i did 32 mu’s. By far the most I have ever done in a workout.

    For everyone almost there on this skill, keep working, it will come to you.

    Missed you all this week! I’ve worked out a few times here at Crossfit Monterey but there was nothing to rival a Hortman!
