heavy back squats
On Saturday morning we will go over our plan on how we will be running the Open this year. We will also go over the scaled division and Rx divisions. Once we get all of your questions answered, we will partner up and keep score for one another on two-three different past open workouts.
If you’d like to be in on the 2015 CrossFit Open, please be at the box around 8am (on Saturday). This whole thing will be a great experience and lots of fun! Molly, Kyle, Steve, and I expect ALL of you to participate! If you don’t know what any of this means, come in anyway and we’ll let you know.
