Deadlift, 15 reps
10 wall ball shots
5 muscle-ups

CrossFit Open Schedule

Saturday February 27th
Friday & Saturday March 5th
Friday night lights March 11th
Friday night lights March 18th
Final Open Workout Saturday March 26th with a BBQ and party afterwards.
