Workout of the Day

for time:

100 meter hand stand walk

 

Alright folks, it’s CrossFit Open season! Those athletes who have been around for the past few years know that Saturdays can be a shit load of fun! It’s also nice to have all of our fellow ACFers around to cheer each other on while we try to battle our way through these grueling yet fun workouts, so we will be doing the open workouts on Saturday mornings again this year. You will have the option to do the workout on Friday if you can’t make Saturday.

You are all doing the workouts and there is a scaled division this year so be a part of the team and go to the CrossFit Games site and sign-up!!!

 

Saturday Schedule:
8am: coffee and warm-up
830am: First round of the action!!!
10-1030: grab a cold one and then on to enjoy our weekends

CrossFit Open Schedule:
2/28 – Open workout
3/7 – Open workout
3/14 – Open workout
3/21 – Open workout
3/28 – Last open workout and ACF Celebratory BBQ!!!
