500 meter Sprint Row

2 min Rest between efforts

* Record fastest and slowest effort

** try to hold the same pace throughout.

Goal for women sub 2:10 or better

Goal for men sub 1:55 or better

Accessory:

3 x 25’ Handstand Walk OR :30 second Handstand Hold
