Workout of the Day

5 rounds for time of:

30 air squats
30 push-ups
400 meter run

Week 1 of the Open is in the books. Some of you got a reminder of why open season is so much fun, others got their first taste and rose to the occasion. I’m impressed at the level of effort a lot of you put in. Thank you to everyone who helped with organization and judging. 

If you haven’t done the workout yet please post to comments to let us know what time you plan on coming in.
