    After our discussion this am, here you go.

    21 day sugar detox bread recipe. Great for snack, high in protein and fat.

    3 cups raw cashew
    8 large eggs
    1/2 cup milk of choice
    7 T coconut flour
    4 t apple cider vinegar
    2 t baking soda
    1 t salt

    Preheat oven to 325. In a high speed blender or food processor, process cashews until they are a course flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and process again for 15 sec. Scrape down the sides and process again for 15-20 sec or until smooth batter consistency. It too thick add a Tbs or two of milk until nice and smooth. bake approx 60 min. remove form oven and keep in the pan for another 20-30 min. Keep refrigerated and reheat when eating
