    Thank you for the article love! I was super stoked – and thoroughly surprised – that my essay was chosen by the CrossFit Journal 🙂

    I’ve been talking about this idea for months and now that the new year is here, I’m ready to make it happen: Full moon hike in the canyon, this Sunday at 8. We’ll meet at the box and walk to the canyon from there. The moon should be on full display around 8:50 (if the internet info is accurate). Dress warm and bring light if you need it (glow sticks might be fun!).
