We got a late start last year with our community outreach and charitable events. Together we raised $3400 for Barbells for Boobs and for Placer Food Bank we raised enough for 4200 meals and brought in 250 pounds of food. This year I’d love to see Auburn CrossFit come together and help do as much as we can for our local community.

Aiming for 20+ ass-kicking able-bodied peeps to swing tools and chuck rocks. And hike the extra mile. 😜
