Heavy day with Back Squats!! Some varying reps here which can throw people off but the goal is to have the loading go up on each of the higer rep sets and stay nearly the same or close to it on the sets of 1. See if you can keep it consistent in this way and have no failed sets. Adjust the loading as needed. Rest no less than 2 min and no more than 4 min between sets.
Some single leg/posterior chain work with these. Feel free to superset them if you like. If needed, add weight to the hip extension.
